An excellent, high quality, stone built property with expensive fittings throughout. It is a 200 metre stroll to the centre of Tochni village. In the summer of 2011 an adjoining building and a property 80m away were converted into an additional 8 apartments. The adjoining property contains 2 studios and 2 one bedroom apartments. The newly converted property (Eveleos B) has its own pool and is made up of 1 studio, 2 one  bedroom and a two bedroom apartment.
