The views are towards the Akamas, the sea and Khrysochou Bay. On a clear day you can see the Taurus Mountains in Turkey. The attractive Kari rocks, featured in the grounds, come from the Droushia area. In a relaxing spot, the villa is well located with the beach and the centre of Latchi, with its variety of shops, only 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot. There are many good beaches in the area. A very well maintained property and one of our most sought after villas.
