A tiny tranquil village of no more than 20 stone cottages set in the hills behind Limassol (30 minutes drive) and only 20 minutes from the sea (Governor’s Beach). The views of the mountains from Klonari are extensive and the location is ideal for bird watchers and walkers. The 16th century church and its original frescos can be viewed on request from the key holder who lives opposite the Old Mill House. There is a British run golf course (Vikla Golf and Country Club) 1km away, where there is a swimming pool and club house for snacks.
A daily membership fee enables full use of the facilities for both the adult member and the whole family. Kellaki village, 4km away has a taverna and coffee shop.
