On the edge of the Akamas National park, this pleasant and spacious villa Anax (formerly called Little Rocks) is situated in its own mature garden with private pool and barbecue area. The views are towards the Akamas, the sea and Chrysochou Bay. On a clear day you can see the Taurus Mountains in Turkey. The attractive Kari rocks, featured in the grounds, come from the Droushia area.

In a relaxing spot, the villa is well located with the beach and the centre of Latchi, with its variety of shops, only 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot. There are many good beaches in the area. A very well maintained property and one of our most sought after villas.

 

Accommodation: The 2 twin-bedded rooms on the ground floor share the main bathroom (washing machine) and the master bedroom, up a couple of steps, has a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower only). All have air-conditioning* • the large, comfortable living room has fireplace, TV and french windows opening onto the covered patio and paved pool area • well equipped kitchen with full cooker and fridge • swimming pool 8m x 5m (depth 1m to 2.10m) with steps and ladder • spacious terrace • Outside shower • Barbeque • Car parking.

 

Note: there is an extra twin-bedded room (not air conditioned) on the mezzanine floor providing additional accommodation. * Air-conditioning included 3rd June to 15th September in occupied bedrooms.
