We have changed our terms and conditions to better address the uncertain times we all live in. We are doing this to give you, our customers, trust that, whatever happens, you will be looked after, and not left out of pocket or without assistance. You are in safe hands with Sunvil.

• As an organiser of package holidays we take full responsibility for all elements of the booked arrangements.
• Our holidays are fully ATOL- and ABTA-bonded and 100% financial protection is in place.
• Amendments to flight-inclusive package holidays - including name changes, a change of destination or date within the same year of travel - may be made up to 10 weeks prior to departure (or the balance due date, whichever is later)*. Administration charges will be applied as per our Terms and Conditions.
• We take full responsibility for all aspects of our holidays and are on hand to assist you throughout your journey (from initial enquiry to return from holiday). In the event of schedule changes or flight cancellations, our destination specialists will be in touch and alternative arrangements booked, at no additional cost to you.
• We have a team of experienced representatives throughout Greece and Cyprus, and local agents in each country responsible for all areas.
• 50 years' experience and always a human voice on the end of the phone when you call
• 24 hour Duty Office who can be called at any time.

*Please note that any supplier charges (airlines mainly) for amendments will be passed on - these will be quoted at the time of the change being requested. The price of a deferred holiday is likely to be different and this will be quoted on enquiry (if the deferral date is a long time ahead we may need to wait for flight and accommodation costs to be available before we can give a confirmed price).
