Individual villas with private swimming pools and air-conditioning are still quite rare in this unspoiled corner of the Peloponnese. 

 

The Kalamaki Villas are built on a hill between the small seaside villages of Petalidi and Chrani (a 5 minute drive from each) and their commanding position ensures quite wonderful views across the Gulf of Messini to the mountains of Mani opposite. The nearest good beach, also called Kalamaki, is only about a mile away, towards Chrani.

There are nine houses here in total, of different types.  Each has a private 10m x 5m freshwater swimming pool to the front and is surrounded by delightfully mature gardens which blend harmoniously into the green natural surroundings. Although not deluxe, the villas are comfortably furnished, spacious, light and airy. The design and landscaped screening keeps each villa private. 

 

Here, with a car included, you have the chance to explore a fascinating and unspoiled area, yet stay in accommodation of a type still hard to find in this part of Greece.

 

TWO BEDROOMED VILLAS 

 

Theresa and Thalia (B)  - One twin and one double bedroom, each air-conditioned with either mountain or sea views; living room with sofa-bed for a child; corner kitchenette with full cooker and fridge; bathroom with full bath, shower, wc and washing machine; covered front veranda with pool and sea views. 

 

Katerina, Efterpi and Calliope (B Plus) - These villas are similar but have at least 20% more floor area (meaning larger rooms and verandah) plus a second full bathroom ensuite to the double bedroom.

BBQ & DVD facilities:  BBQ’s can be supplied on request locally (free of charge).  DVD players with accompanying TV can be prebooked on request free of charge. Please note the TV can be used for viewing DVD’s only, not regular TV channels. 

 

Please note:  we confirm villas by type, but can only request individual villas by name. Cleaning and linen/towel change is twice weekly
