Introduction

The AmaMagdalena takes its name from the river on which it is based. This 60 passenger river cruise ship offers the luxury of space and spectacular panoramas coupled with a host of leisure facilities.

Its seven night cruise journeys along the Magdalena River, Colombia's longest river, between the historic city of Cartagena de Indias and the coastal city of Barranquilla. En route, you'll feel the contagious rhythm and passion of the country; a land where Spanish and pre-colonial cultures combine and where music and colour can be found at every turn. Away from the cities you'll be immersed in an unspoiled landscape where lush forests, lowland plains and coastal deltas are home to wildlife aplenty.
