Anna Maria Villa

Peyia is now a very large village and is located above the resort of Coral Bay. There are a great many villas in the area but Anna Maria has been handpicked by the Sunvil team for its history and charm.

Anna Maria Villa is the extended former family house of sisters Anna and Maria, part of which was built by their grandparents in 1935, and consists of a two bedroom house and a one bedroom annexe. Surrounding the property is an extensive, well-maintained garden planted with fig, olive, lemon, mandora, pomelo almond and carob trees to name but a few. Herbs are everywhere and there is a swimming pool and covered veranda, ideal for al fresco dining. Nearby, you will find some of the original houses of Peyia.

It is a 15 minute uphill walk to the village centre with its supermarkets and tavernas. The beaches and resort of Coral Bay are a 10 minute drive away.

Accommodation:

Ground floor: Large master bedroom with king-size bed, original roof beams, ceiling fan, air-conditioning/heating, French windows leading to a large veranda and an ensuite bathroom (shower). There is a second bedroom (twin beds) with original roof beams, ceiling fan, air-conditioning/heating and an ensuite bathroom (shower).

Lower ground floor (three steps down): Open plan lounge with designated dining area and kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave). The dining area opens onto a large veranda. The lounge has a wood burning fire and flat screen TV.

Annexe: The one bedroom annexe is the original family house built in 1935 and is adjacent to the newer property. There a small open plan living area with kitchenette and dining space, a twin bedroom (accessed up four steps) and a small bathroom (shower). Surrounding the annexe is a garden.

Note: Anna Maria Villa annexe is used only for bookings of 5 persons or more. The annexe is NOT sold separately

Outside:

Large mature garden with swimming pool (9m x 5m with steps into the pool. Depth 1.4m sloping to 2.4m at the deep end), shower and pool terrace. There is a large covered veranda with dining table and chairs and a separate pergola with table. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
