The Mill Hotel

The owner managed, three-star Mill Hotel in Kakopetria has been known to Sunvil since the late 1980s and is located above the old town with a view over its rooftops.

The Mill started off as a restaurant and is still known as one of the good restaurants in the Troodos mountains with Cypriot and international dishes - freshly caught trout a speciality. Its dominant position above the old town affords wide panoramic views across the mountains. This is a perfect spot to breathe in the mountain air and relax amongst the pines. Ideal during the summer when temperatures are high on the coast and warm and cozy during the winter when the Troodos range is very often covered with snow. The 14 rooms are furnished with pine furniture and are all with balcony and scenic views. The Mill is a perfect base from which to explore the local area. There are nature trails, cycling routes and two museums. Local shops, tavernas and cafes can be found on the central square which is around 100 metres from the hotel.
