Lithea Villas and Studios is located on the bay of Agios Petros on the picturesque island of Alonissos, 8km from the port of Patitiri. The area is lush with a rich tapestry of olive trees, fruit trees, pines, and cypresses, lending the bay an unparalleled natural charm. This charming complex of spacious studios and villas, each boasting breathtaking sea views and equipped with modern amenities, is located on a private estate of 12,000 square metres. The property is reached via a private road leading to free parking. The villas are perched higher offering a more secluded and elevated experience, whilst the studios are located at sea level, providing easy access to the nearby beach.

The three tra­di­tional villas are built in accor­dance with the tra­di­tional archi­tec­ture of the Spo­rades Islands, which requires nat­ural stone walls and red tiled roofs. They are self cater­ing, fully equipped with all mod­ern ameni­ties and com­forts. The inte­ri­ors are sim­ple, yet func­tional and along with the panoramic views, ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Villa Agrimonia - has a separate bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, an open fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, a loft used as second bedroom, air-condition, and a large veranda overlooking the bay.

Villa Anthemis - has a separate bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, a living room with two sofa beds (one of which is converted into a double bed), an open fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a large veranda overlooking the bay.

Villa Dafni - a two-storey house. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, kitchen area fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and a living room with an extra sofa bed for 1 person. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom and a balcony with a fabulous view to the bay of Agios Petros and the Aegean Sea.

The five studios can accommodate two or three people with either twin or double beds and are equally well-appointed with a fully equipped kitchenette, shower and large balconies, and stunning vistas.

Ilianthemo Studio - nestled on the building’s first floor, offers cozy accommodation for up to two guests. It features a pair of single beds, a well-appointed kitchenette, and a bathroom complete with a shower. The studio boasts a balcony that faces the front of the building, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. Additionally, it has two terraces at the rear, overlooking a serene olive grove.

Kritamo Studio - situated on the ground floor of the building, comfortably houses up to two guests. It is furnished with a double bed, a fully stocked kitchenette, and a bathroom equipped with a shower. The studio opens up to a spacious stone-paved yard, enveloped by lush trees and offering a stunning view of the sea.

Studio Linari - located on the ground floor, comfortably houses up to two guests. It features a double bed, a fully stocked kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The studio opens up to a spacious stone-paved courtyard, enveloped by lush greenery and offering a stunning view of the sea.

Studio Mirtilo - on the first floor, can comfortably host up to three guests. It features a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully stocked kitchenette, along with a bathroom equipped with a shower. The studio boasts a balcony on the front side, offering a beautiful sea view. Additionally, it has two terraces at the back, nestled in an olive grove.

Studio Papiros - located on the first floor, can comfortably accommodate up to three guests. It is furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette, along with a bathroom that includes a shower. The studio features a balcony on the front side that offers a beautiful sea view. Additionally, it has two terraces at the back, nestled within an olive grove.
