In a very quiet location just 10m from the sea, Niki Savvas offers stylish, modern boutique-style accommodation of a very high standard. There is a small pebble beach just opposite, Apollonia’s main sandy beach is a 5 minute walk away (350m), and the harbour a few minutes more (650m).

All 8 rooms are different and priced individually according to their size, views and facilities. Fully refurbished in a modern Greek style – very clean, light and fresh – all possess top quality fixtures and fittings, and appealing contemporary décor.

All rooms possess air conditioning, WiFi, contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower, queen sized bed, balcony or garden patio, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, microwave, flat screen TV, Room Safe, hair dryer, bathroom amenities. All rooms (except Poseidon J Suite) have a ceiling fan.  A continental breakfast is served to your room at a time of your choosing.

To the front, directly above the sea, is a delightful garden area furnished with sofas, deckchairs and sun beds – the perfect place from which to watch the sunset which can be spectacular from here.

Service is that of a good small hotel – personal and friendly, with daily maid service and local advice willingly given.
