Avra Studios

This small unit stands across a small road (not busy) just 10 metres from Frangolimnionas beach, the third of Lefkos’ lovely sandy bays.

Avra has only five studios and one apartment on its two floors. They are spacious and simply but nicely furnished with good quality solid wood in a traditional style. the studios possess twin beds (can be placed together), air-conditioning (local charge), WiFi, TV, corner kitchenette (electric rings, fridge), safety-deposit box (local charge), hairdryer and shower room. Each studio opens onto a large furnished front sun terrace with fine views over the beach and sea to Sokastro islet just offshore and, on the horizon, Kassos.

The 1-bedroom apartment on the first floor has the same facilities and comprises a double bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa bed for a child. Both rooms have AC and both open onto a large front sea view terrace.

A separate building to the side houses the new Luxury Apartment. This spacious cottage-style unit is self contained and comprises a double bedroom, a separate living room with two sofa beds (can be made into a double if requested), a fitted kitchen with full cooker, hob and fridge-freezer, and a very lovely modern and spacious shower room. Both rooms have AC and other facilities are as per the studios. To the front is a large covered sea view terrace and there is a small garden to one side with a pair of sun beds.

The beautiful curve of Lefkos' main central beach is just a 2 minute walk away where you will find a choice of some half dozen taverna restaurants.
