Kos Aktis Art Hotel

If you like a good sea view you will love your stay at the Kos Aktis Art Hotel. Built directly above the sea, just a short walk from the harbour and centre of Kos Town, every room has a view to die for, made even more special by the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass balcony surrounds which enable panoramic views over the sea to Turkey from your bed!

The hotel has 42 rooms and Junior Suites on its three upper floors served by a lift. Twin or double bedded, all possess AC, WiFi, TV, room safe, tea-making facilities, fridge/mini-bar, bathroom with bath and/or shower, and not forgetting the furnished sea view balcony.

The ground floor has a well reviewed restaurant and bar - the breakfast is highly praised and can be served to your room - with tables on the decked sea facing terrace. From here steps go directly to the sea, and sun beds are available to one side free of charge. There is a narrow beach to the side of the hotel.

You are central here - the harbour, centre of town, old town and the start of the extensive archaeological area are an approximate 5, 10 and 15 minute walk respectively, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes close to hand. If you wish to explore further the bus stop is nearby and boat trips run daily from the harbour to other beaches, nearby islands and Bodrum in Turkey.

Kos is a very cycle-friendly island and bikes can be easily rented. Kos Town’s main sandy beach starts a 20 minute walk away to the other side of the harbour and others can be found beyond. For those who’d like a day by the pool, guests have free use of the swimming pool at a sister hotel 600m away (8 mins. walk), which also has spa facilities.
