Pangea Villas

These four modern and lovingly cared for villas are in the area of Pangea in Trapezaki. This is a quiet, peaceful region on the southern tip of Kefalonia amongst the foothills of Mount Ainos and a 3 minute drive to Trapezaki Bay and its golden sandy beach. Hundreds of olive and fruit trees surround the area and there are panoramic views to Mount Ainos and to the sea and the island of Zakynthos.

There are four restaurants within walking distance and a very good fifth at Trapezaki Bay. We believe car hire is necessary for ease of access to the beaches and for further exploration. Several beaches can be accessed within a 10 to 15 minute drive.

These are premium owner-managed properties with a personal service to match and in a beautiful rural location.

Villa Ion

Built on 2 floors (145 Sqm), Villa Ion has three bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have balconies with views to Trapezaki Bay and the mountains and look out over the pool (Roman steps), sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas and barbeque and al-fresco dining area.

The ground floor has a large open plan lounge through to a dining area and fully fitted kitchen. There is a large bathroom with washing machine and a bedroom with a queen size bed.

The master bedroom on the first floor has a queen size bed and the second bedroom two single beds which when pushed together can also form a queen size bed.

Villas Kalli, Irene and Zoe

These 100 sqm single storey villas have two sea view/mountain view bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. There is a living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The barbeque and al-fresco dining areas, plus infinity pools (Roman steps) with sunbeds and umbrellas complete the picture.

In all cases, the master bedrooms are with a double bed and the second bedrooms have two singles which can be pushed together to form a double.

Villa Zoe is also designed with a ramp and large bathroom with handrails and walk-in shower for wheelchair access suitable for those with mobility issues.
