The gorgeous gardens that surround Anneta’s have been a labour of love for the Palaiochoriti family; the result of years of careful nurture and now full of trees, shrubs, flowers and birdsong. Staying in this natural oasis it is difficult to believe that you are just a 4-minute leisurely stroll from Sivota’s expansive and colourful harbourfront (300 metres).

The gardens hide a row of six terraced apartments - three pairs housed in three cottage-style buildings. There is also a Deluxe Room to one side plus a Superior Apartment occupying the middle floor of a house across the garden.

The terraced apartments are split level and rustic in style. Entrance is into the ground floor living room containing two built-in beds for children/teens. Three steps lead down to the kitchen area (2-ring mini-oven) and a modern shower room. Stairs lead up to a narrow sleeping gallery above the living room which has a comfortable double bed. Furnishings are simple and rustic in style, and amenities include AC, WiFI, TV and room-safe. Each apartment has a good-sized private furnished front terrace above the gardens.

The double room is set behind and to one side of one of the cottages. Comprising just one quite large double-bedded room, it has the same amenities as the apartments other than possessing just very basic kitchen facilities (fridge, kettle, one cooking ring). However, the advantage of this room is its private and beautifully large covered veranda with fabulous garden views.

Across the garden is a three-storey building, the first (middle) floor of which houses the spacious modern Superior apartment. This is all on one level and comprises a double bedroom, a large living room with two sofa beds, a full kitchen and a lovely contemporary walk-in shower. Both rooms have AC and open onto a furnished covered balcony with fine country views. Please note that there are 18 steps up from the garden to the first floor.

Guests have use of a BBQ in the garden plus a washing machine for common use at no charge.

With shaded seating areas plus a hammock in the gardens, yet just a short easy walk from the harbour and its taverna restaurants and colourful cafes, a stay at Anetta’s provides the best of both worlds. The closest beach, Galikos Molos, is 850m away, a 12-minute walk via the harbour and a footpath.

One Bedroom 2-Level Apartment
