Start with a night in Corfu Town, a place of historical intrigue and unique architecture. Lose yourself in cobbled lanes lined with cafés and boutiques, or relax in the serene surroundings of the Siorra Vittoria Boutique Hotel—a classic retreat in the town’s heart.
From here, it’s on to Paxos, where days are spent swimming clear waters, exploring idyllic harbours, and dining at a waterfront taverna as the sun sets over Gaios. Set sail to secluded coves by boat or simply soak up the quiet charm of this smaller island, with three nights to discover its hidden corners. Meganissi awaits with its unspoiled beaches, traditional fishing boats, and scenic village of Vathy. Stay at the Rose Garden Apartments and enjoy the perfect mix of tranquillity and local life. Venture to inland villages, where time seems to stand still, and enjoy the relaxed pace of island life.
Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian group of islands. It is an island that rewards exploration many times over with its dramatic scenery, distinctive traditions, fine beaches, and unspoiled way of life. The sheer variety Kefalonia offers the visitor is one reason why so many return. Although many people have heard of Ithaca, relatively few come to stay. For those that do, their reward is a peaceful, strongly traditional Greek island, mountainous and scenic, with some very pretty villages and sparsely populated beaches.
Over 10 days, let each island reveal its unique story. This itinerary is crafted to offer you relaxation, discovery, and delight, as you savour local flavours, discover charming villages, and embrace the Ionian islands' timeless beauty.

Day 8, 9 & 10 - Kefalonia
Today you will be transferred from Lefkas' southern port of Vassiliki to Fiscardo in northern Kefalonia. The crossing takes approx. 70 minutes. On arrival we will transfer you thwe short distance to the Fiscardo Panorama Apartments which are set in lush gardens with a pool on the hillside above Fiscardo.
Fiscardo is most picturesque and upmarket. Located on the island’s north-eastern tip, it gazes dreamily to Ithaca. The pastel colours of the old Venetian houses along the waterfront – now housing restaurants, smart cafés and small shops – contrast with bright splashes of bougainvillaea, whilst fishing boats jostle with yachts for the prime moorings. Inevitably Fiscardo gets busy in the high season. There are some lovely beaches, such as beautiful Emblissi and a selection of smaller pebble beaches and coves to the north reached on foot or by boat. To the south lies peaceful Foki Bay, some 20 minutes’ pleasant stroll above the sea from the harbour. From Fiscardo you can visit Ithaca for the day. Car hire is available locally. But most visitors are happy to stay put; perhaps renting a small motorboat to explore the coastline and coves during the day before deciding which harbour restaurant to be tempted by that evening.
