Bathrooms include a hairdryer and dressing gowns.

The elevated location of these apartments, on the hillside just behind Gaios, enables super views over the village and bay.

There are five apartments on the first (top) floor. Each comprises a large twin or double bedroom (all with a full sized extra bed), separate kitchen to the rear (2-ring mini-oven, fridge, table and chairs), shower room and good sized covered front balcony with views to Gaios, the sea and the mountains of the mainland across the straits.

On the ground floor there is an open plan garden apartment of a similar description with twin beds and partial sea views from the corner of the garden. We like this apartment because it is cool, quiet and has no neighbours. It opens directly onto the garden, has a little patio area.

All apartments are spacious with simple furnishings and light decor, AC, WiFi, TV and safety deposit box included in the price.

To the rear of the property is an attractive pool area - the pool is freshwater and measures 9.40m x 4.60m (depth 1.20m - 1.70m) with steps in and sun beds and umbrellas on the surrounding terrace.

It is a 5 minute walk (450m) down to Gaios' central square with its good choice of taverna restaurants, cafe-bars and shops, 7-8 minutes to the quayside for the water-taxis to the Antipaxos beaches, and 12-15 minutes to the town beach. But please be aware that the final walk back up is a steep 250m so unsuited to anyone with fitness, health or walking difficulties unless a car is hired.

Beach transfer service: A transfer service can be arranged to/from nearby beaches at a local charge. This can be arranged the previous day by calling into our agent's office in the main square of Gaios.

Rose Garden is built above and to the side of Vathy’s pretty harbour. The slightly elevated position enables good views away from any harbour bustle, but the waterfront can be easily reached in just a couple of minutes by footpath (steep in parts) and a few steps.

All five studios possess a double bed; a fitted kitchenette area with 2 rings, mini-oven and full fridge; modern shower room; air-conditioning; safety deposit box; tv (selected studios), WiFi and spacious covered front balcony with views over the village, hills and (to one side) the harbour. A hairdryer and iron can be supplied on request locally, as well as free use of a washing machine. Our studios are mainly top floor, but one on the upper ground floor is a little larger and has both a double and a single bed.

There is also a 1-bedroom apartment, also on the upper ground floor, which is similar with the addition of a living room (also air-conditioned) containing a double sofa-bed for one adult or two children and an open-plan kitchen area with full cooker – both rooms open onto the splendid, large, covered private balcony terrace.

The quality throughout is very good, with comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and tasteful décor. To one side of the building is indeed a rose garden, with seating under a pergola, views to the harbour and a BBQ area in the corner for guests’ use.

These apartments are on the hillside along the main road as you approach Fiscardo, next door to the Almyra Hotel. They have fabulously mature gardens leading down to the swimming pool which affords panoramic views from its surrounding terraces.

There are 11 units here (4 studios and 7 apartments), housed on three floors. All are tastefully furnished and possess air conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, and a safety deposit box included in the price.

Our studios are on the ground floor with views to the lush gardens around the property. They possess a double or twin-bedded sleeping area, a basic kitchenette for light meals (2 rings, fridge), a tiled shower room, and a balcony or pergola-shaded terrace (some common but each room has its own seating area) with garden views.

Our allocated 1-bedroom apartments are on the first floor and possess a double bedroom plus a separate living room (ceiling fan) containing one or two sofa-beds - two have sea views from their side terrace. One is at the front and has lovely views over the gardens and sea to Ithaca from its spacious covered balcony. 

Our top floor 2-bedroom apartment is also front facing and so enjoys the same exquisite views. It comprises a double and a twin bedroom (both AC) plus basic kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower and a spacious sea view covered terrace. We also occasionally offer a rear facing 2-bedroom apartment with all of the same facilities.

The semi-tropical gardens are a delight, full of flowering Mediterranean shrubs and palm trees. They lead down to a freshwater pool measuring c 80 sq m (depth 1.20m-1.80m) with steps in. It has plenty of space for sun beds around it and those super views.

Both gorgeous Emblissi beach and Fiscardo harbour are around a 15 minute walk down the hill (1 km) but a bit longer back up. A taxi back from the village costs €5.
