Absalon Hotel

Founded in 1938 the recently renovated Absalon Hotel provides a comfortable stay in the popular Vesterbro district, an area known for its lively vibe and popular restaurants.
 
One of Copenhagen’s oldest family-owned hotels, the property is today managed by Karen Nedergaard, grandchild of the founding owners, who has incorporated vibrant colours throughout the property to complement the original architecture.  
 
Priding itself on genuine hospitality, the hotel offers Concept24 – a concept which, if booked in advance, allows guests to keep their room for 24 hours, no matter what time they arrive.

• 161 rooms including standard (small, medium and large) and superior rooms and junior suites

• Standard rooms (small) have a queen size bed. Sunvil recommend the rooms for single travellers.
• Standard rooms (medium) have either a double or twin beds
• Standard rooms (large) have a king size bed and a double sofa bed
• Superior rooms are located on the top floor of the hotel - with a courtyard view or a view of the rooftops of Copenhagen - and have a king size bed.
• Junior suites are located on the top floor of the hotel - with a courtyard view or a view of the rooftops of Copenhagen - and have a king size bed and a separate living room with a double sofa bed.
