Filoxenia Apartments

Quietly tucked away down a footpath just 50 metres from the widest part of Paleo's wonderful sandy beach, the Filoxenia Apartments enjoy a great location.

Studios are on the ground and first floors and are all double bedded with a small kitchenette area with cooking rings and fridge, so suitable for snacks and light meals. They possess air-conditioning, tiled shower/wc, room safe and balcony or terrace with table and chairs, some with attractive mountain views to the rear of the village. Furnishings and decor are typically neat and simple.

The apartments possess an air-conditioned double bedroom and a separate living room (also with A/C). Each room has balcony access as the apartments possess one large balcony or two smaller ones, and some have partial sea as well as mountain and village views. These apartments are nicely furnished and possess a bathroom with shower or a half bath with shower attachment above. The living room is large enough for two sofa-beds - a double and a single - so good for families of up to 5.

The owner is undertaking a rolling programme of refurbishment and, as of summer 2025, certain first floor studios and top floor apartments have been completed, with fresh decor, new furniture, kitchen and modern shower room. Currently these renovated units are on a request basis only.

Filoxenia Apartments are close to the village primary school so some playground noise may be expected in the mornings before mid-June and after mid-September.

From here you can be on the beach in less than a minute, and there is a choice of beach cafes and restaurants nearby. The centre of the village and the harbour side of town is a 5-10 minute walk.
