Boudari Hotel

Beautifully located above the sea between the attractive village of Drios and the pristine sands of famous Chrissi Akti (Golden Beach), this stylish 3-star boutique hotel is designed in classic Cycladic style, the rooms being housed in a number of whitewashed two-storey buildings dotted around lawned gardens. Below the hotel are three sandy coves.

The accommodation comprises 36 rooms, suites, studios and apartments plus four villas. All possess contemporary minimalist decor and furnishings with an island-style double bed (i.e. with a solid base - triples have a single also), shower room, mini-fridge and a furnished balcony with garden, pool or sea views. Amenities include WiFi, A/C, room safe and TV.

Studios possess light kitchen facilities (microwave oven) - quadruple studios have two bedrooms, a double and a twin; Family Suites have a bedroom plus a separate living room with two sofa beds and light kitchen facilities; Family Apartments ditto with the addition of a second bedroom (twin bedded). Sea Front units include open plan Junior Suites; Superior Suites with a separate living room, and a Maisonette with two bedrooms on two floors plus a living room with kitchen. The hotel also has four 3-bedroom villas with private pools.

Hotel facilities include two swimming pools (pool towels provided), a bar and a well-reviewed restaurant, plus a fitness room and some wellness facilities (jacuzzi, sauna and massage treatments). Room service is available from midday to midnight and also for breakfast.

A ten-minute walk along the coastal footpath brings you to Drios village in one direction and to lovely Chrissi Akti beach in the other. The village has half a dozen tavernas plus the usual small shops; Chrissi Akti beach is well known for windsurfing. For further exploration you will find a good bus service running north to lively Naoussa (via other beaches and the fishing village of Piso Livadi) and south to the capital Parikia.

Standards are on the ground floor with garden views and an exterior jacuzzi; Superiors are on the first floor with pool and sea views.

Family Suite

35-45 sq m. Double bedded with a separate living room (two sofa beds), shower room, light kitchen facilities, WiFi, A/C, mini-fridge, room safe, TV and a furnished balcony or veranda with garden, pool or sea views. Some possess an interior or exterior jacuzzi.

Seafront Suites

35 to 45 sq m. Double bedded with shower room, WiFi, A/C, mini-fridge, room safe, TV and a furnished balcony or veranda with sea views. Junior Seafront Suites are open plan and possess an interior jacuzzi bath. Superior Seafront Suites have the addition of a separate living room with two sofa beds. The Seafront Maisonette is on two floors and has one double and one twin bedroom (built-in sofa beds) plus a separate living room.

70 sq m. Built on 3 levels, On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be made up as a double), a bathroom with shower, TV, A/C and a covered terrace overlooking the private pool. The mezzanine level has a bedroom with 2 single built-in beds (recommended for children or young adults), bathroom with shower, TV and A/C. The top floor features the master bedroom with a queen size built-in bed, a bathroom with shower, TV, A/C and a terrace with day bed and sea view.
