Directly above Halki’s waterfront, these two modern apartments offer the most beautiful views. You are just steps away from Halki’s atmospheric quayside tavernas, cafes and shops.

Both apartments are open plan studio/suite style and fully renovated with care and attention to a very high standard (2016). They are housed in two separate buildings nearby one another. Each occupies the first (top) floor and is spacious and self contained, with its own entrance and sea view balcony.

The Superior apartment is in a stone building and spacious at 42 sq m. It contains a king-size bed (with orthopaedic mattress); a kitchen area with mini-oven, dining table and chairs; a marble-tiled bathroom with modern walk-in ‘rainwater’ shower; and a front balcony with fine views over the harbour and bay to Rhodes. The view is especially enchanting at night when the twinkling lights of the village reflect off the sea. (You can also enjoy sea views from your bed!)

The Deluxe apartment is on the top floor of a pretty blue neoclassical house and has the same description but is even larger (52 sq m), allowing for the addition of two full-sized divan beds, and has a full cooker in the fitted kitchen area.

Facilities in both include air-conditioning, wall-mounted smart TV, WiFi, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, beach towels (you can swim in the clearest of seas from the jetty a 3 minute walk away), room-safe, iron and board. Décor is fashionably white and minimalist. Together with the high wooden ceilings, tiled floors and plenty of natural light, the overall effect is restful, airy and cool.

Being harbour front, both apartments have a low key cafe/ice cream shop on the ground floor. However noise has never been an issue here as any music is, by law, soft and off by 11.30pm. Heavy fines apply to ensure compliance!

For a combination of top modern standards, stunning views and a superb location, we think you would be hard pushed to find better on Halki.
