Rodos Park

Rhodes has many luxury hotels but few with the ambience and style of the Rodos Park. Tucked away in an elegant residential part of town, opposite the small park of its name, the hotel is just 300m from the entrance to the medieval city and a 15 minute walk from Elli beach.

With just 59 rooms and suites the hotel has an intimate atmosphere and prides itself on its personal service. All rooms are elegantly and warmly furnished and possess twin or queen/king-sized bed, tea/coffee-making facilities, sat TV, WiFi, minibar, room-safe, marble bathroom (bath and/or shower) and balcony with views over the pool, gardens and/or park (Deluxe doubles and Executive Park suites, some also with old city views) or the archaeological area to the rear (Standard doubles).

Hotel amenities include a well regarded garden restaurant, rooftop terrace restaurant and bar (seasonal) with panoramic views over the old city to the sea, lobby bar and lounge, and a lovely pool area in the gardens to the front. The pool measures nearly 200 sq m. and has an adjacent pool bar serving light meals during the day. The hotel's spa offers a range of treatments and therapies, and the sauna, steam bath and gym are free of charge to guests.

We think most Greek 5 star hotels could learn from the Rodos Park - not flashy, just good quality with high levels of comfort, facilities and service, and in such an excellent location. A short stay here can be combined with a holiday on many of the Dodecanese islands we feature.
