Vivi Apartments

These eight studios and apartments are located in the heart of the green Pylaros Valley, set back from the road a fifteen minute walk (800m) inland from the village of Agia Efimia.

The studios on the ground and first floor are twin-bedded and contain a kitchen area for light meals (2-ring mini oven), a tiled shower room, and a front terrace or balcony with views over the garden or valley. The 1-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor and comprises a double bedroom, open-plan living room with kitchen area (full cooker), washing machine and a full sized sofa-bed, a shower room and a front terrace overlooking the gardens.

The 2-bedroom apartment, also ground floor, possesses one double and one twin bedroom, a separate kitchen (full cooker), shower room and front garden terrace.

The four maisonettes are all on the first floor. They are on two floors and comprise a ground floor living room with kitchen area (mini-oven and rings), a full sized sofa-bed, a shower room and a wide sunny front balcony. The spacious bedroom upstairs has a double or twin beds and its own private balcony, this time to the rear.

All units possess air-conditioning, a room safe, Smart TV, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and WiFi. There is a washing machine is available for guests' use at a small local charge. In the colourful gardens to the front is a good-sized freshwater pool (60 sq.m., depth 0.90m.-1.70m.) with furnished terrace surrounds and a BBQ for common use.

With hills behind, the valley in front, and trees all around, Vivi enjoys fresh green surroundings and fine rural views. A torch would be recommended for late night returns along the road from Agia Efimia, which has a slight incline.

The 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor comprises a double bedroom, open-plan living room with kitchen area (full cooker), a full sized sofa-bed, a shower/wc, hairdryer, room safe, Smart TV, washing machine and a front terrace overlooking the gardens. The apartment possesses AC and WiFi.

Two bedroom apartment

The 2-bedroom apartment, also ground floor, possesses one double and one twin bedroom, a separate kitchen (full cooker), shower/wc, hairdryer, room safe, Smart TV and front garden terrace. The apartment possesses AC and WiFi.
