Acrothea Hotel

This attractively designed small hotel enjoys a super location and views. Being built above the harbour it is just steps away from a wide array of restaurants and cafe-bars, as well as the jetty for the water taxis and just 2-3 minutes' walk from popular Krioneri beach.

The 19 rooms here are furnished in keeping with the building’s neo-classical style. All are double-bedded (king or queen-sized) with all mod cons – flat screen TV, fridge, air-conditioning, room safe, hairdryer and a bathroom (bath and/or shower). Iron bedsteads, richly coloured fabrics and hand-carved furniture complete the picture.

Deluxe rooms are on the top floor and boast uninterrupted views to the harbour, island in the bay, castle and old town. Superior rooms one floor below also have views to the sea, some over the rooftop of a building to the front, or to the side.

There is not much in the way of public space due to the hotel's design, location and size, so breakfast is taken on the outside terrace. The helpful family and friendly staff aim to give a high level of personal service.

Please note that, although it is just c 30m from the hotel's lower entrance to the harbour, due to the elevated location there are a fair few steps to get up to your room which would make a stay here unsuited to those with walking difficulties.
