Classes are small and intimate, true to the Italian way of eating, focusing on ‘cucina povera’ and using fresh seasonal quality local ingredients. Learn to prepare a delicious 4-course meal comprised of traditional Puglia recipes, in the kitchen of a historic Palazzo estate.

Three hours cooking a traditional four course meal, tasting great wines and savouring the fruits of your labour enjoying lunch or dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. For wine lovers, the property is situated in the heart of Negroamaro and Primitivo country.

It is possible to organize one day or several days hiking and walking programs. Hiking near Lecce is a fantastic experience as there are also many great nature walks around the city. Pleasant hikes will take you to some of the most fascinating trails of the area.

These hiking and walking tours are for couples, families, groups of friends. You will explore famous and less known towns and the countryside that surrounds the towns. You will visit the authentic off-the-beaten-track locations.

HORSE RIDING

Ride and explore the natural park and trails overlooking the sparkling blue sea. Friendly guides and amazing horses for all ages and all levels of experience, this fun horse riding adventure is perfect for couples, families or small groups of friends. Travel to the “Maneggio” where you will meet the horses and your experienced guide, who will select the right horse for your skill level, whether this is your first time or you are an expert rider.

Once you are saddled up and ready to go, follow your guide along a local road to the sandy beach. When you arrive at the beach, walk, trot, gallop along the sandy beach.
