The Clarion Hotel Post is located on the canalside in the centre of Gothenburg, a stone’s throw from the central train station, the Nordstan shopping centre and the 19th century park of Tradgårdsforeningen with its manicured lawns, rose garden and palm house. Housed within a former post office building, the Clarion Hotel Post combines modern decor with many original features and artistic pieces. The history of the building is celebrated and through memorabilia the early 1900s are brought to life. Since opening in 2012, the property has become a popular meeting place for Gothenburgers. Whilst busy, the buzz of the after-work drinks and events adds to the social, relaxed ambience.
