Aelia Collection Pool Suites

Directly above the sea, with wonderful far-reaching views and an isolated beach below, this rather special accommodation comprises five terraced suites, each with a small private pool. They are close to the island’s port village of Linaria on the west coast.

Attractively styled in classic Greek blue and white, with good quality furnishings and well equipped, each suite measures 50 sq m and comprises a double bedroom (king- or queen-sized bed), a living room with a full kitchen and two sofa beds, shower room and a furnished pool terrace with panoramic sea view. In-room amenities include AC, smart TV, WiFi, hairdryer and room safe.

Both rooms open onto the pool terrace, which is part covered and has a dining table and chairs so you can choose between sun or shade. The views are magnificent over the bay and looking to the south of the island, and there is good privacy.

A path and some steps lead down the escarpment to the little-visited beach below. Others lie just a short drive away.

Each pool operates with filtered seawater and measures 21 sq m and of course there are sunbeds. Pool towels and bathrobes are provided. Please note there is no barrier at the end.

We consider car hire to be essential here. The little port of Linaria is only 1.5 kms away - a 3 minute drive - and has a small selection of tavernas, cafes and shops. For brighter lights head to Chora 12 kms distant (a 15 minute drive). A good boat trip operates from nearby Pefkos during the season.

The very helpful owner, Stella, is eco-conscious and cannot do enough to ensure her guests have a wonderful stay. Looking at the reviews she is doing a fine job!
