King Minos Hotel

Offering a high modern standard of comfort, great views and spacious rooms, King Minos is one of the premier hotels in Tolon.

A five minute walk from the beach near the Minoa Hotel, its position on the hill towards the harbour gives exquisite views, although the steep approach would not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. However the hotel does have a private parking area to the rear.

The hotel offers 57 large rooms of various types and contemporary tasteful décor. All have a hydromassage shower or a bath (some jacuzzi) with standard shower attachment , satellite TV, air-conditioning, hairdryer, safety deposit box, iron/ironing board and minibar. Sea view rooms enjoy magnificent views over the bay from their large marble-tiled balcony. Some sea view rooms interconnect with a mountain view room - ideal for families with older children or different generations.

Family Suites have side sea or mountain views from the balcony, and are good for families as they can sleep up to four in two rooms using two full sized divan beds in the second room (note: one Family suite is open-plan).

The 5th (top) floor houses the new Superior Suites. Large, modern and stylishly decorated, in addition to the room facilities listed above all have hydro-massage bath with shower, a sofa  bed (either a double or two singles), sitting area and panoramic sea views from their large sun-terrace, which is furnished with wicker sun-loungers.

The ground floor is given over to an elegantly furnished lounge, bar and restaurant. The hotel offers complimentary WiFi and use of PCs, bicycle rental, a fitness room (free) and a sauna (local charge).

To the front is the large freshwater swimming pool (pool towels available) with attendant pool bar (high season) and again stunning views over the village, bay, islands and mountainous coastline.
