The ‘Termal Springs Hotel Network’ is a small chain of 4 and 5 star hotels with properties providing high-quality service located near tourist, cultural and natural attractions and uniquely combining renovated historic buildings with thermal springs.

This 4 star hotel was built on the ruins of the ancient Sancti Spiritus Convent dating from the 12th century in the small Mudejar town of Olmedo, a 45 minute drive from Valladolid and 145 km from Madrid. It is easily accessed by the high-speed train linking Madrid and Valladolid.

The property is composed of the original historic building with the addition of 2 modern, integrated buildings. Legend has it that a spring which was to be found below the convent had medicinal and holy properties. This was confirmed in 2005 when such a mineral spring was found beneath the subsoil. This water is now found in the extensive and sophisticated spa and large thermal pool and is ideal for treating skin conditions.

This is an expansive property with an excellent ‘slow food’ restaurant featuring creative cuisine using seasonal produce combined with the excellent wines of the area.
