Arriving here is like stepping into a fairy-tale. In reality, it is a beautiful kind of country estate in miniature set in gorgeous Mediterranean gardens with endless terraces and seating areas and olive groves and orchards beyond. There is a vast amount of space.

Most of the buildings are built of traditional Dalmatian stone and appear as a small village connected by a central path.

There is a staffed reception area, also in local stone and the suites are actually separate buildings. All are named after the family members who founded this property. Example “Bozica I Gorka”. All are stylish and well equipped.

There are four, rustic-style, cottage style suites and two more contemporary style suites which were added a few years ago – these are lighter in décor and have a more modern feel. All have en suite bedrooms with shower and have living-kitchen areas which have proper fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, dishwasher. All suites have an outside terrace or garden and most guests choose to take breakfast there.

Due to the vast amount of space on the property there is a totally relaxed ambience and a feeling of calm. Think birdsong and the smell of jasmine and there are trees and flowers at every turn.

The swimming pool (including child pool) is in a wonderful spot with an ancient wall backdrop and easy access, surrounded by a pretty terrace where there are sunbeds.

There is an a la carte restaurant with outside garden seating, a bar which serves drinks to any terrace you wish and an outside barbeque. Special barbeque meals are available on pre-ordering.

For special occasions there is an inside dining room with long table and any kind of gourmet or traditional cuisine can be specially ordered from the on-site kitchen and resident chef (in addition to the restaurant’s a la carte menu)

The closest beach is around 8-10 minutes’ walk away and the seaside town of Biograd na Moru is 11 minutes’ drive and has supermarkets, good food shops, restaurants and bars, boat trips, a fresh market and pebble and sandy beaches.

This property can be booked on individual suite basis or the property as a whole.

We strongly believe that Raznevica Dvori is the perfect choice for an extended family or group of friends to take the whole property for a special holiday, set in breathtakingly beautiful grounds and which may or may not include a particular anniversary or celebration. Musicians and singers of varying styles can be booked at extra charge, including opera style singers.
